One of my fondest childhood memories was arriving home from school to the enticing aroma of my mother's freshly baked goods. Within this scene of enjoyment, comfort, and quality family-time, my love for baking grew. After training in Practical Patisserie I continued to develop my skills and apply my knowledge in food science and nutrition. Understanding the way food affects vitality, I started "Baker Street" – an ode to my family name and heritage. I hope to share my wholesome cakes and treats with you, and that they become part of treasured and lasting memories.
